If you go down to the woods today, you’re in for a big surprise.
Or rather, if you go down to Long Street today, you’re in for a big surprise.
I have a couple of favourite shops that I try pop into every now and then to make sure I’m not missing out on anything cool, and this is one of them:
The Love Craft Experiment is just off Long Street, Go left when you hit Crazy Street, third right at Madness Drive, go all the way to the top of Lunatic Boulevard, and you can’t miss it.
I had to pick up one of these awesome Teddy Scares:
I gave it to Jessie, aged 2.5. She was very impressed. Although his teeth glow in the dark, so I had to warn Jessie’s mum that Teddy should probably sleep outside the child’s bedroom.

And they don’t just sell Teddy Scares, the shop is packed to the rafters with handmade oddities, gifts and peculiarities.
If you like a touch of madness, you’ll probably find something in here that gives you goosies.
I’ve been coveting one of their etched spoon pendants:
The photos don’t really do them justice, but believe me, they are quite astonishing.
It’s kind of nice to find a shop that stocks such interesting things.
There’s just stuff, stuff and more crazy stuff, everywhere you look.
Their website is here.
Or swing by their Facebook page and like.
Because who doesnt like a little bit of crazy?
